Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened and unused items within 14-days of delivery for a full refund. Returns should have original tags and packaging/wrapping intact. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items mailed to us, so we recommend that you insure your package for the full value. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling of your return, unless the you were sent the wrong product. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If an item arrives damaged. Do not discard any of the packaging material. Contact Le Frog Shoppe as soon as possible and we will guide you through the process of filing a claim with your carrier. Items damaged during shipment are subject to postal inspection and must have original packaging materials. We can not assist you should you discard your packaging. Should an issue arise, please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can assist.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Firearms are not included in the sale of concealment handbags. The firearms shown in photos for all concealment handbags are for display purposes only. 

All items are shipped from our door to yours with tracking and delivery confirmation. In most cases an order may be expedited or overnight-ed (for an additional fee). Please let us know if you have shipping deadlines or concerns. We would not want you to miss a special occasion. International Shipping Fees

At this time International Shipping is unavailable except to residents of Canada. Please contact our sales department for a shipping quote. Our in-house shipping department will prepare the best rate for your location, using a variety of postal carriers. 

Payment

For those that do not wish to use credit card payments online, we also offer onsite pick-up of your item(s). Merchandise can also be paid for in certified funds; money order, wire transfer, ACH bank check.
